Closing agent: Pleas completed the below information in order to complete your request for Homeowner Association letters. IMPORTANT NOTE: Quail Springs Condominium owners must be members of TWO (2) ASSOCIATIONS and therefore must obtain TWO (2) LETTERS prior to closing. You may submit alll requests through this page however fees may differ. Phase I Association and Recreation Association fees are $50.00 per letter; due upon closing. Phase II letter requests will be forwarded to their property manager for completion.
